Our mission is simple:
In assessing the Covid response, it is clear what critical policy responses should have been. Fueling fear, promulgating unsupported narratives worldwide and removing people’s agency is not, and never has been, sound public health policy. In the wake of the Covid event, PANDA aims to empower society with accurate information on the science and the drivers behind recent events, enabling individuals to exercise freedom of choice and preserve human liberties.
PANDA was established in April 2020 by a group of multidisciplinary professionals, who perceived the global reaction to Covid - from lock-downs to mandates - as overwrought and damaging to the point of causing a great tear in the fabric of society. PANDA is a politically and economically independent organisation that has sought to develop broad rational explanations and test them against international data, while informing the public and media.
Politics
The COVID-19 event has been politicised and weaponised to drive a series of political, social and economic agendas by local and global actors, the implications of which will affect society in a multitude of ways for the foreseeable future.
Our Objectives -
- To provide media, influencers and the public with reliable, researched and accessible insights that facilitate practical steps toward reasserting sovereignty.
- To offer innovative recommendations to policymakers for more decentralised and un-conflicted designs.
- To support other key change-making organisations and lawsuits that seek to restore and advance human rights and freedoms through peaceful and democratic initiatives.
Our Network
PANDA’s collective of scientists, actuaries, economists, data scientists, statisticians, medical professionals, lawyers, engineers, and business people now include professionals from across the world, contributing perspectives from their experiences in many different countries.
Open Forums
PANDA aims to promote transparency and open discussion in science, public health, and the wider aspects of society .
Science thrives by challenging orthodoxies and assumptions. Explanations succeed or fail in the real world through the process of conjecture and criticism. Over time, we replace bad explanations with better ones in an unbounded process. To derail this process through censorship or propaganda is to stifle science and progress.
PANDA aims to promote open science, human agency, and courageous societies. We aim to empower the public with accurate information, thereby enabling individuals to exercise freedom of choice to preserve human liberties and free societies.
